I didn't know realtors could be this good! First, Elizabeth was just really nice and fun to work with. But more importantly, she was also extremely professional, thorough, and responsive. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and she quickly became very knowledgeable about us so she could effectively screen properties for us (we were long distance buyers). I am always suspect of realtors because it is in their interest--whether they represent buyer or seller--to get the highest price. Conflict of interest is built into the model. Elizabeth was different. I always felt like she put our interests first and was very transparent about the pros and cons of any particular property or offer. She worked with us on unconventional pricing strategies, supporting us when we walked onto cliffs and gently walking us back when we were in danger of falling off them. She negotiated skillfully and tactfully and was particularly helpful in working through and keeping tabs on contingency items. Lastly, she guided us meticulously through the transaction process. Honestly, she is the best ever. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
